The Committee would like to politely ask that all competitors who attend fundraising trials assist with the trial i.e. course set up, height changes and pack up. The Committee consists of only 8 people and the clubs who host these events cannot be expected to do all the work. So please your assistance is requested to ease the running of these events. The lack of support during events may reduce or bring to an end these events.
How to get there.From the NorthTake the Pacific Motorway South. Take the Smith Street Exit heading for Southport. Travel this road, turning right at the second set of lights into Wardoo Street. At the 3rd set of lights, after The Salvation Army HQ, turn left into Southport Nerang St, keep to the right hand lane. After the Fire Station on the left, turn right into Margaret Street, take the second exit on the roundabout then at the end of the road turn right into Alicia Street, grounds 200m on left. Parking is available all around Ron Short Park but not in it.From the SouthComing from the NSW area take the Pacific Motorway North to Brisbane. Take the Southport Nerang Road Turn off towards Southport. Travel along this road for approximatley 7kms then after the junction with Wardoo St keep to the right hand lane. After the Fire Station on the left, turn right into Margaret Street, take the second exit on the roundabout then at the end of the road turn right into Alicia Street, grounds 200m on left. Parking is available all around Ron Short Park but not in it.
